30-Day Return Policy: You have a generous 30-day window from the date of item receipt to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria:
For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

• It must remain in its original, unopened, and unused state, complete with tags, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Sale Items:
Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Initiating a Return:
To commence a return process, please contact us at hello@tranquilblisstea.com.au . Note that returns must be handled as per our instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Process:
Upon acceptance of your return, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions regarding where and how to dispatch your package.

Damages and Issues:
We urge you to thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival. Should you encounter any defects, damages, or discrepancies with your item, please notify us promptly. We will swiftly assess the matter and take necessary steps to rectify it.

Exchanges:
To expedite the process of obtaining your desired item, we recommend initiating a return for the item in question. Upon acceptance of the return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Return Shipping Responsibility:
The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that the duration for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
